This is definitely an issue for your lawyer – as realtors we aren't involved with that part of the transaction. I'd anticipate that just as the builder must refund your deposits, you'd possible must do the same…but discuss with your lawyer. We suggest everybody that is thinking about purchasing or promoting a pre-construction assignment to hun
